I’ve got a background in estate agency and customer service management, which gives me a real understanding of the home-buying process from all angles. That experience helps me stay one step ahead, making sure everything’s on track and nothing slips through the cracks. I also look after our social media and branding - planning content, creating visuals, and keeping everything on-brand so that our online presence reflects exactly who we are: friendly, professional, and people-focused. Outside of work, life is busy (and noisy!) with my husband, our toddler, and our energetic sprocker spaniel keeping me on my toes. My role involves managing applications, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from submission through to completion. I pride myself on a helpful, friendly approach, making what can feel like a complex process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, I live with my partner and our two dogs, who certainly keep us busy. I enjoy entertaining friends and family, and spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
