I’ve got a background in estate agency and customer service management, which gives me a real understanding of the home-buying process from all angles. That experience helps me stay one step ahead, making sure everything’s on track and nothing slips through the cracks. I also look after our social media and branding - planning content, creating visuals, and keeping everything on-brand so that our online presence reflects exactly who we are: friendly, professional, and people-focused. Outside of work, life is busy (and noisy!) with my husband, our toddler, and our energetic sprocker spaniel keeping me on my toes.
